We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trainee Associate – Inside Sales to join our growing team at GKS Infotech. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of B2B sales who is eager to excel in the IT Services and SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation to identify potential B2B clients.
Engage with prospects via phone and email to qualify leads.
Market IT Services, SaaS, and Software Products to a global or domestic clientele.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline with accurate data.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B Inside Sales.
Background: Candidates from an IT background are strongly preferred.
Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in IT Services, SaaS, or Software Product sales is a major plus.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a knack for outbound sales.
