Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Infra Engineer to join our technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure and servers while directly interacting with and supporting our US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure and server environments.
Provide technical support and coordination for US clients (requires excellent communication).
Ensure system uptime, security, and performance optimization.
Execute hardware and software upgrades and maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of servers, networking protocols, and troubleshooting.
Communication: Fluency in English is mandatory for client interaction.
