Refund Eligibility: You may be eligible for a refund if you have purchased a Care pack and meet one of the following criteria:
The service you received did not meet the specifications and promises outlined for that carepack.
You experienced technical issues that prevented you from using the service.
You requested a refund within our specified refund period of 7 days of purchase.

Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at or through the "Online Magic" app within 7 days of your purchase. You will be required to provide relevant details about your purchase and the reason for your refund request.

Refund Processing: Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Exceptions:We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
You have used a significant portion of the Care pack.
You violated our terms of service or engaged in fraudulent activity.
The refund request is made after the specified refund period.
